Ritetite Turbo is a one-component liquid cyanoacrylate super glue with ultra-fast bonding characteristics.
This cyanoacrylate adhesive is engineered for precision and speed, instantly hardening when it comes into contact with surface moisture. The extremely rapid curing qualities make it a great solution for high-speed industrial production, where there’s a need for an ultra-rapid-acting adhesive that offers excellent flow for tight-fitting parts and small surface areas.
Characteristics
- Bond most materials within 30 seconds
- The level of liquidity and lack of viscosity work best for applications where flexibility and seeping is required
- 25ml container for easy handling
- Integrated nozzle for easy application
When using Ritetite Turbo cyanoacrylate adhesive, and for that matter any adhesive, it’s extremely important that the surface is clean. We recommend wiping and cleaning the surface with alcohol to ensure the best bond.
Be sure to apply the details as seen in the Technical data sheet with every application.
Surface Preparation prior to bonding with RITETITE TURBO
Surfaces should be clean, dry, and grease-free before applying the adhesive. Use a suitable solvent (such as acetone or isopropanol) for degreasing surfaces. Some metals such as aluminum, copper, and their alloys will benefit from light abrasion with emery cloth (or similar), to remove the oxide layer.
Proper surface preparation ensures that the cyanoacrylate super glue achieves maximum adhesion, resulting in stronger and longer-lasting bonds even under pressure or vibration.
RITETITE TURBO Directions for use.
1) Apply the cyanoacrylate adhesive sparingly to one surface.
2) Then, bring the components together quickly and correctly aligned.
3) Apply sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads into a thin film.
4) Do not disturb or re-align until sufficient strength is achieved, normally in a few seconds.
5) Remove any surplus adhesive solvent, nitromethane, or acetone.
NB:
For difficult or porous surfaces, using a RITETITE activator is recommended. If bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, prime first with a suitable primer to improve the bond strength of the cyanoacrylate glue.
